Domestic shipping policy..
We value our customers and because of this we try our level best to deliver the product within 2 to 3 working days.
All products are shipped within 2 to 3 business days after the order in all the major cities of Pakistan. If you are living in a small town the order processing can take up-to 6 to 8 days. We don’t deliver on weekends and holidays. If we see the delay in delivery we inform our valued customers through email or call..
Shipping charges..
We have a flat shipping rate per order. To make it simple if you buy from our store an order up-to 5000 rupees it’s usually free but if the order is less than 5000 then you will have to pay the additional sum of 300 rupees.
Shipping charges are usually displayed at the time of order confirmation.
Self pick up for non service areas..
Usually we have people who will deliver your order to your door in most of the cities of Pakistan but because we are new in business we don’t have men for all the cities. In all those cities where we don’t have access your order will be delivered to a third party dealers and from there you would have to pick it yourself..
Shipping conformation.
Once we ship your order you will get an email about shipping confirmation and a tracking number will also be given in the email from where you can track your order..
Return policy.
We value our customers so when you feel that you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered you can send the products back. We will refund you and pay all your money back. Just make sure that when you return products they are unused and concise.
We take responsibility for the damages.
God forbid if the products are damaged while shipping we take complete responsibility. All you need to do it contact our customer service and let them know that the products are damaged. We will refund you once we get the damaged products back in 3 to 4 weeks..
Order cancellation.
Once the order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled. If you want to cancel your order make sure you call us after placing the order..
